Tom Collet (born 10.04.2000, France) is a technician in microbiology at the laboratory of INSERM U1070.

He has been hired in 2022 to work on Seq2Diag project, just after graduated the BBMCG license (Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology, and Genetic) in the university of Poitiers.

Technical skills:

Microbiology: Growth curve, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), Time Kill Curve (TKC).

Computer Science:    programming an Assist plus Integra robot.
