After a BTS in Bioanalysis and Controls in La Rochelle and a professional Health degree with a cosmetics option in Nantes, Pauline Marié is now a laboratory technician since 11 years: 3 years in the control of amoebae in the waters of the Vienne river at the nuclear power plant, and 8 years in a private company including 2 years as a cell culture technician and 6 years in Microbiology.

Biochemistry: Elisa assays (IL-6, IL-8, PGE2, Procollagen, IL-1α, βgal, immunostainings)

Cell culture: culture of eukaryotic cells in monolayers, 3D models, skin, cytotoxicity tests, various treatments: inflammation, stimulation, UVs, ROS, etc.

Microbiology: Kinetics, bacterial infection on eukaryotic cells in monolayers, antibiograms, management of intestinal anaerobic strains, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), Time Kill Curves (TKC), Checkerboards.
