Dr. Jonathan Clarhaut (born 04.06.1982, France) is an PhD-HDR-Engineer in cell biology at the CHU of Poitiers. He has been hired in 2012 to work on anticancer vectorization strategies, before joining INSERM U1070 in 2022 to develop the cell culture department. With more than 44 peer-reviewed publications, Jonathan Clarhaut is a specialist in the study of drug interactions with eukaryotic cells.

Cell biology: Cell culture of adherent and non-adherent cell lines, primary cell culture of endothelial cells, monolayer cell barrier model, transient transfection, RNA interference (siRNA), angiogenic assay (morphogenesis on Matrigel), viability/cytotoxicity assay (XTT), proliferation assay and (BrdU cell cycle incorporation : ELISA, FACs), migration/invasion tests (Boyden chamber), phenotypic analysis of membrane markers by FACS, apoptosis test (Annexin V by FACs), growth test without matrix anchoring and fluorescence imaging under dynamic flow.
