Célia MARTIN DEMIER (born 11.02.1998, France) is a engineer in microbiology at the laboratory of INSERM U1070. He has been hired in 2025 to work on APRINHA project, just after graduated the BMC master (Biology Molecular and Cellular) in the university of Sorbonne.

Research skills:

Molecular Biology: RNA and DNA extraction and purification, reverse transcription (RT), real-time quantitative PCR (SYBR Green), Mutant creation.

Microbiology: Growth curve, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), Checkerboards.

Cell Biology: Eukaryotic cell culture. Microscopy, cell adhesion and invasion test. confocal microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence staining
