Short CV

Audrey Boutillier (born 06.10.2002, France) is a PhD Student in microbiology at the University of Poitiers, School of Medicine and Pharmacy, in unit UMR 1070 « Pharmacology of Antimicrobial Agents ». Recruited in 2025, she is currently working on TOFU project. She is mainly involved in the characterization of tolerance on fungal clinical strains.

Her academic training provided her with a solid knowledge and technical know-how in microbiology and molecular biology. She is familiar with Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) assessments, RT-qPCR and sequencing] and she has developed during her Master’s degree internship in unit UMR 1070 « Pharmacology of Antimicrobial Agents » strong skills about microbiology and molecular biology.
