• PhD Student in Formulation and Microbiology

Anissa Benkhaled (born 13.07.1997, France) is a PhD Student in Medicine Science at the University of Poitiers, School of Medicine and Pharmacy, in unit UMR 1070 « Pharmacology of Antimicrobial Agents ».
Recruited in 2023, She is currently working on APRINHA project. She is mainly involved in the development of a new formulation of aminoglycosides for acute lung infection, and it chemical and biological characterization.
Her academic training provided her with a solid knowledge and technical know-how in formulation and preclinical biology. she has developed during her Master’s degree internship in LIPNESS team in Lipid Nutrition Cancer lab (UMR1231) strong skills about preclinical testing and various assay of biological molecules.

APRINHA

The aim of the APRINHA project is develop a new inhaled formulation of a aminoglycosides through spray-drying formulation, microbiological tests of formulations (MIC, Checkerboard, TKC), Permeaility through cell barrier.
