Short CV:

Alexandra Hervé (born 12.03.1991, France) is a PhD Student in Microbiologyat the University of Poitiers, School of Medicine and Pharmacy, in unit UMR 1070 « Pharmacology of Antimicrobial Agents ». Recruited in 2023, she is currently working on Resistome and virulome of H. pylori determined by NGS. She is mainly involved in mutagenesis and qPCR.

Her academic training provided her with a solid knowledge and technical know-how in molecul biology and microbiology. She is familiar with qPCR and she has developed during her Master’s degree internship in unit UMR 1070 « Pharmacology of Antimicrobial Agents »  strong skills about conventional bacteriology.
