Summary of my PhD thesis

Combinations of antibiotics are one strategy used to overcome the therapeutic impasse encountered with multi-resistant bacterial infections. For severe lung infections, nebulisation is an additional alternative. This administration technique makes it possible to theoretically achieve higher bronchial concentrations of antibiotics and reduce their systemic toxic effects. Thus, the objective of my thesis is to optimize the nebulization of various combinations of antibiotics on murin models of acute lung infections with Acinetobacter baumannii
